LOCATION AND ACCESS

Perfectly situated near the geographic and population centers of the United States, the City is just 48 miles west of downtown St. Louis. The City’s location on Interstate 70, the main cross-country artery, makes it an ideal location for many businesses. Also, Lambert International Airport is only 38 miles away.

LAND AND BUILDINGS

Land from industrial park lots to large tracts are available in Wright City. Various Industrial Buildings are for sale. A large portion of the land and buildings are zoned Heavy Industrial. Norfolk Southern Railroad has a rail line through Wright City so some sites have rail available. The Missouri Department of Economic Development has a comprehensive database that maintains available sites and building to make your search easier.

SKILLED WORKFORCE

Wright City draws from a five-county area for its workforce, which surpasses 150,000 people. It is a dedicated workforce with good work ethics that are traditional in the Midwest. Programs are available for customized training. Within 30 minutes drive, there are excellent tech schools, junior colleges, and universities.
